Canola Quick Bytes – Monthly E-Newsletter Advertising

  • Delivered on the first day of each month to nearly 1,000 subscribers across the canola industry. To view the latest issues, click here.

  • A maximum of six ads per issue, placed within the E-Newsletter.

  • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG, or GIF, max 150 dpi.

  • Minimum 1-week lead time before publication; artwork due at least 3 days prior.

UScanola.com – Website Advertising

  • Monthly ads rotate across the footer of all of www.uscanola.com webpages in a continuously rotating slideshow, appearing for about 5 seconds each, with a maximum of eight ads per month.

  • The ad size accepted is 153 × 153 px in JPG, PNG or GIF, max 72 dpi/KB, with a hyperlink.

  • Ads and campaign links can be updated monthly or on request.

  • Insertion orders and artwork deadlines typically fall mid‑month.

  • For instance, the January E-Newsletter or Website Advertising:

    • Ad close: Dec 16, Artwork due: Dec 19

  • Subsequent months typically follow with closing dates around mid‑month and artwork due several days later.
