Advertising policy: The USCA does not sell, promote, endorse or recommend any products. Advertising space is sold for U.S. Canola Digest and Canola Quick Bytes as described in the media kit. There is no pay-for-play; a paid advertisement has no bearing on whether a company, product or service will receive editorial coverage.

Media materials and web content: Content for U.S. Canola Digest, Canola Quick Bytes, press releases and web pages is based on the USCA's own studies and research, news articles, expert interviews or information from authoritative parties. U.S. Canola Digest also publishes invited guest articles from industry or research personnel. The USCA is solely responsible for the content of its website and publications. Every effort is expended to report accurately. If unintentional errors, typographical or otherwise, occur, they will be corrected as soon as reasonably possible after detection.

All photographic or other illustrative material is either original or used under the terms of license from the originating source. To the best of our knowledge, no illustrations are reproduced without written permission of the copyright or license holder.

Aside from designated press materials and photos from the image gallery, no content from the USCA website or USCA official publications may be reproduced without permission and proper credit.

Outside material: Neither U.S. Canola Digest or Canola Quick Bytes accept, endorse, reproduce or solicit any materials from outside sources, except as noted above.

Site Function: The USCA does not guarantee or warrant against errors, omissions, delays, interruptions or losses, including loss of data.
